- How many First Trial Promo can I purchase for Curvena?
As a first-time Curvena customer, you are entitled to only ONE (1) First Trial Promo across all treatments.
- I am an existing Curvena customer, but I've purchased packages or treatments that are only valid for new customers. What can I do now?
Worry not, you may give the First Trial Promo to someone else. Bear in mind that we cannot refund you as you have already been informed of the terms and conditions prior.

- What sort of machines do you use during treatment?

- Can I get a treatment during my menses?

- How long are the treatments?
Our treatments involve a full body analysis and consultation for first time customers which usually takes up to 30-45 minutes.After that, depending on the type of treatment you are trying, it can take anywhere from 40-120 mins. The longer treatments include a full body scrub and a steambath.
- Hi, is there any hidden charges in the trial session?
Absolutely not. There's no hidden cost or whatsoever. After the treatment has been completed, the consultants will suggest follow up treatments which you may decide to purchase if you find it suits you.
- Why does it take 2 to 3 hours for the treatment?
The duration includes registration, extensive inbody analysis, consultation and treatment procedure for first time customer. All it needs is a detailed analysis on your body, your lifestyle and body concerns. Our consultant will then be able to advice you further on your journey to a healthy body.
- Any terms for health issues? How do I know if I am a suitable candidate for Curvena treatments?
We don't recommend those these health or medical conditions to undergo treatments at Curvena:- SLE- Hepatitis B - Aids - Heart Disease - Psoriasis - Epilepsy - Pacemaker being implanted - Pregnant For customers who have purchased a package before pregnancy, the customer may extend the validity of the package. Similarly, if a customer cannot undergo any treatments due to sudden illnesses, the customer may transfer the existing package to someone else.
- I have just given birth naturally. When can I book a treatment?
If you have recently given birth naturally, we suggest for you to try any of our treatments only after you have completed your confinement. It is advisable that you consult your doctor prior to starting a treatment.
- I have just had a C-Section. When can I come for treatment?
If you have recently done a C-section, we highly recommend for you to wait for at least 6 months before trying any of our treatments. The perfect time when you can start a treatment at Curvena also depends on the recovery of your scars. Please seek your doctor's advice or make an appointment for a consultation with our body specialists.
- I am currently breast feeding. Can I come in for a treatment?
For breastfeeding mother, it depends on the type of treatments you opt for. For example, treatments which involve detox and whole body slimming might reduce the quantity or quality of the breast milk. It's highly recommended that we go through consultation before recommending the right treatment for you.
- Hey, how do I know if i have water weight on my body?
It's usually water retention if you always wake up with a puffy face. However, if you are not aware of this, no worries! We will conduct an in-body analysis where it can tell how many percentage of water retention in your body too!

- How to place order?
Select your preferred items and add them to your shopping cart. Once complete, proceed to check out and make payment. Ensure that your shipping information is correct.
- When will my order be processed?
All paid orders will be processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- How do I know if my order is successful?
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
- What should I do if I do not receive an order confirmation email?
If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 2 working days, please check your junk folder. Alternatively, you may also contact our Customer Service.
- Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
We are unable to re-route your shipment address once delivery instruction has been confirmed. However, should your order remain in the processing stage, you may contact our Customer Service to assist you.

- What are the payment methods?
We accept both Master and Visa credit card payments. You may also opt to pay by installment via Atome.
- How can I get my invoice?
An invoice will be attached and delivered together with your purchase.
- What is Atome installment payment?
Through Atome, you can buy from Curvena Online Store and split the payment into 3 equal installments. It’s interest free and no other hidden fees.
- Who are eligible?

- How do I get 15% off for my purchase?
It's simple! If you are paying using Atome for the first time for RM50 and above Curvena purchase, you'll get the 15% off when you check out and pay for the order.
Delivery
- Where do you deliver to?
We provide complimentary standard delivery to addresses within Malaysia. Note: Our courier service does not deliver to P.O.Box addresses. For international shipping, customers will need to bear the cost of courier charges. Please contact our Customer Service for more details.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
Complimentary Shipping: 5-7 working days (for WM) and 7-15 working days (for EM), not including weekends & public holidays. Express Shipping: 3-5 working days (for WM) *RM20 will be charged. International Shipping: Delivery time may vary. *Please expect delays for delivery to addresses located in Red Zone area due to MCO*
- What if I miss the delivery?
We will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver your order. If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, we will leave you a message. A re-delivery will be attempted the next working day upon receiving your reply.
- What should I do if I do not receive my order?

Exchange / Return Policy
- What is the return/exchange policy?
We would ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Curvena purchase. We will gladly accept any unused items for an exchange within 3 days of purchase.
Please contact our Customer service if: - there is a missing item(s) in your order, or - a product has been wrongly delivered, or - damaged products due to shipment, or - product discoloration.
